We currently ship only within India.

Order Processing Time  
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.  
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time  
Metro cities: 4–7 business days  
Other locations: 5–10 business days  

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges  
Free shipping on orders above ₹999.  
Orders below ₹999 may incur a shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)  
COD is available on selected products and locations.  
A small COD fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking  
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Delays  
Prime Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
