Return & Refund Policy – Prime Electronics

We value customer satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. Due to the nature of electronic items, our return policy is as follows.

Returns Eligibility  
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items  
- Used or opened products  
- Products damaged due to misuse  
- Change of mind or no longer needed  
- Items without original packaging

Return Process

2. Mention your Order ID and attach photos or videos of the issue  
3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days  

Refunds  
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.  
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.  
COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Replacement  
In eligible cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund depending on product availability.
